We keep your VanMoof running.
Over the past months, we have invested countless hours into servicing and maintaining VanMoof bikes. Our team has inspected, tested, adjusted and, yes, sometimes failed and tried again – all to understand these bikes down to the last detail.
Today, we bring together this deep VanMoof know‑how with a strong network of specialist partners, so that every VanMoof gets the care it needs to stay safely on the road.
What we absolutely can service
We currently offer full service and maintenance for the following VanMoof models: S3, X3, S5, A5, S6 and S6 Open.
For older bikes like S1, S2 and X2, we can still take a look and try to help, but because no new spare parts are being produced, we cannot guarantee a complete solution. What we can promise: we think creatively, look for alternative options and do everything reasonably possible to keep your VanMoof rideable.
